Breathe Slow is a natural way to reduce stress levels and blood pressure by practising slow breathing exercises for as little a 15 minutes a day.

As you can read there, I started that website to track and share my own personal experience of using natural (non-drug) methods of lowering my dangerously high blood pressure. One of the methods I used was doing simple guided slow breathing exercises, using the Breatheasy program developed by David O’Hara.

When this slow breathing exercise program became unavailable I decided to create my own. I enlisted the help of international sound engineers and musicians and developed the Breathe Slow audio tracks for guided slow breathing.
